  • Admission form
  • Medical Certificate in the given Performa
  • Birth Certificate Xerox
  • Original School leaving/ transfer certificate countersigned by the District Education Officer if the School is affiliated to any other board
  • Original Report card of the previous class
  • Four color photographs of the student
  • Color copy of Student, Father, Mother Aadhar Card
  • For Address proof – Light Bill / Telephone Bill Xerox
  • Signed Rules and Regulations form

Additional Documents required for Admission to Class XI

  • Original Migration Certificate from the concerned Board
  • Original Mark Sheet of Class X Board examination

Additional Documents for NRI’s and Foreigners

  • Copy of passport of the child and parents.
  • Letter of acceptance from the local guardian agreeing tobe the guardian of the child during his / her stay at the school and accepting to take full responsibility and care of the child during short leaves,vacations and especially during emergencies.
    Letter of authority permitting the Principal or his representative to take all necessary action in case of an emergency.
